It's the 1980's and new developer, Ross Traylin, has his hopes-and finances-set on a lucrative new industry hitting Florida's beachfront-the timeshare industry. But Ross's plans may be thwarted when a young man is found dead in the hotel he's renovating. A frivolous lawsuit, a disastrous car crash, drug deals, a kidnapping, and intense financial woes also threaten his control, integrity, and even his life.
